This pack is to help parents understand how and why Our Lady of Peace Primary & Nursery School collects your information and your child’s personal information and what we do with that information. It also explains the decisions that you can make about your child’s information.
Individuals have a right to make a ‘subject access request’ to gain access to personal information that school holds about them. To assist with this, the form below has been provided which should be completed, signed and dated before sending to the DPO.
